last friday, kai jie sinsin and i went to italianies. it was to celebrate her bday (which was suppose to be one month early). the food was fine. i like their mussels which are huge and the sauce that comes with it was splendid. the beef steak wasn't as good as i thought. i asked for medium cooked and it come overly cooked. but they were kind enough to have it changed (not sure if they put extra "spices" inside cos u know its not very malaysian to do so but then again i'm paying that much for the food so i guess we can demand a bit). the pan fried fish was good too! must try! and it comes with angel hair (smaller version of spaghetti).

went to gym with sun + tom + wei tieng. did some jogging and lifting. sweating in air cond places is not my ideal kind of work out. no shiet. after gym, we went to have teppanki on the ground floor of one utama, the one right opposite giant supermarket. not my first choice of food but when u'r hungry, anything goes.
